Purchase orders at the site https://shop.ocabianca.com are governed by these conditions of sale.

L'OCA BIANCA ED ALTRE STORIE S.r.l. reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time, by publishing a new version.

Art. 1 - Acceptance of the general conditions of sale

The contract stipulated between L'OCA BIANCA ED ALTRE STORIE S.r.l. and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by L'OCA BIANCA ED ALTRE STORIE S.r.l.

This acceptance is considered tacit unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any way.

By placing an order in the manner provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general and payment conditions described below.

L'OCA BIANCA ED ALTRE STORIE S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse an order and to set purchase limits ensuring timely communication to the customer.

Art. 2 - How to purchase

The Customer can purchase the products in the electronic catalog of L'OCA BIANCA ED ALTRE STORIE S.r.l. at the time of placing the order and visible online at https://shop.ocabianca.com as described in the relevant information sheets, taking into account that these are artistic handicrafts and not mass-produced products.

The images in the catalog are purely illustrative, all products are handmade and could therefore differ from the product photographed in terms of color, choice of material or for the replacement of small accessories without this modifying the aesthetic impact or the value of the artifact itself.

Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by L'OCA BIANCA ED ALTRE STORIE S.r.l. by means of an email reply sent to the email address supplied by the Customer. This message will contain the date and time of execution of the order and a "customer order number" to be used in any communication with L'OCA BIANCA ED ALTRE STORIE S.r.l.

The message re-proposes all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections.

Art. 3 - Methods of payment

The customer has the following payment methods available: credit card and prepaid card of the Visa and Mastercard circuits, PayPal or bank transfer in advance.

Art. 4 - Delivery

To quickly deliver the products, L'OCA BIANCA ED ALTRE STORIE S.r.l. relies from time to time on the most suitable express courier or postal service.

Since delivery usually takes place during office hours, the Customer is required to communicate a different delivery address if no one is present during the delivery time.

The goods are usually shipped within 7/10 working days from the crediting of the payment made, except for some cases in which the hand production of the goods may require additional time, sometimes up to 4 weeks.

The goods travel on behalf and at the risk of L'OCA BIANCA ED ALTRE STORIE S.r.l. upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check that the packaging is completely intact; otherwise, the goods must be "accepted with reserve", notifying the courier and describing the anomaly found.

If the package is seriously damaged in such a way that its contents have certainly suffered damage, the Customer must refuse delivery of the goods by notifying the courier.

Within 72 hours of receiving the goods, the Customer must notify L'OCA BIANCA ED ALTRE STORIE S.r.l. any damage, discrepancies and / or deficiencies found.

In the absence of such communication, any complaints may not be accepted.

Art. 5 - Guarantees and standards of assistance

All products sold by L'OCA BIANCA ED ALTRE STORIE S.r.l. are unique pieces, completely handmade and personalized; as such, we do not accept returns except for the reasons mentioned in the previous Art. 4.

Any requests for repair or replacement for damage will be evaluated from time to time to verify whether the defect depends on the product or on a negligence of the Customer; in order to benefit from this assistance, the Customer must in any case keep the purchase document. In the event of a production defect, L'OCA BIANCA ED ALTRE STORIE S.r.l. will restore the conformity of the product by repairing and / or replacing it at no cost to the Customer. If, on the other hand, a replacement or repair is required for reasons not dependent on L'OCA BIANCA ED ALTRE STORIE S.r.l., the repair or replacement will be charged to the Customer, including shipping costs.

Art. 6 - Right of withdrawal

The Customer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the goods, unless the customer has not opted for the choice of a variant of the product that determines the personalization of the same, in which case the right of withdrawal is excluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send L'OCA BIANCA ED ALTRE STORIE S.r.l. a written communication via email to ordini@ocabianca.com providing your IBAN code for the credit of the amount to be refunded.

The products must be returned intact in their entirety, including the decorative packaging and anything else included in the same and must be inserted and returned in the original transport packaging.

The shipping costs for returning the products are fully charged to the customer and will be deducted from the refunded amount. The customer will be responsible for any damage due to the poor condition of the outer packaging that made it vulnerable to return transport. Once the goods have been received at its warehouse, L'OCA BIANCA ED ALTRE STORIE S.r.l. will examine it and if any damage, breakages, missing parts or alterations of the original product are found, the withdrawal cannot be exercised. In the latter case, the product will be made available to the Customer for its return, with costs for the new shipment charged to the same.

Otherwise L'OCA BIANCA ED ALTRE STORIE S.r.l., within 14 working days of receiving the goods, will pay by bank transfer the amount corresponding to the goods only (shipping costs excluded).
